  • At Prestige Private-Hire, we monitor all arrival flights in real-time. If your flight is delayed, subject to availability, we will adjust your pickup time to match your new arrival schedule.

  • We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. If your flight is cancelled by the airline, please contact us as soon as possible.

    • Re-booking: We are happy to transfer your booking to your new flight details (subject to availability).

    • Refunds: If you are unable to travel, we offer a full refund provided you notify us at least [Insert Hours, e.g., 6 or 12] hours before your scheduled pickup.

  • We make finding us easy.

    • Edinburgh Airport: We will meet you at the Pick-Up Zone on the Ground Floor of the Multi-Storey Car Park. This is the official private hire area.

    • Glasgow Airport: Your driver will meet you at Car Park 2 (opposite the terminal).

  • We will send you a quick "I'm here" message to let you know exactly where they are parked. We are driving the white Hyundai Ionic.

  • Comfort is key. Please let us know how many bags you have when booking. Standard saloons can typically hold 2 large suitcases + 2 carry-ons.
